Eunice Britt

Eunice Elaine Britt, age 91, passed away on April 4, 2022, at Gordon Memorial Hospital. She was born February 10, 1931, in Rushville, Nebraska, to William and Florence (Holtgren) Barth.

Eunice was married to Joe Britt in Rushville, on June 8, 1949. To this marriage three children were born, Wayne (deceased) Lyle (Mary Anne) and Barb (Bob Strauch). She has 7 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great grandchildren.

Eunice was an active member of the American Legion Auxiliary for many years. She loved gardening, crocheting and the ranch.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, April 9, 2022, 11:00 AM, at Fairview Cemetery, Rushville, Nebraska. A memorial has been established for the Rushville Rescue Unit or the Rushville American Legion Auxiliary and donations may be sent to Chamberlain-Pier Funeral Home, PO Box 366, Gordon, NE, 69343.
