will be held Thursday, April 20, 2023 at 10:00 AM
at Chamberlain Chapel in Chadron, Nebraska
Burial will be held at Evergreen Cemetery in Hot Springs, South Dakota at a later date.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, April 19, 2023 from 5-7 PM
at Chamberlain Chapel in Chadron, Nebraska.
Sandy passed away on April 15, 2023 at her home in Chadron, Nebraska.
Mrs. Welch was born on August 26, 1948 in Hot Springs, South Dakota.
She was 74.
A memorial has been established for the Chadron Congregational Church and donations may be sent in care of
