Sheldon Mccance

Sheldon William McCance was born April 18, 1966 in Gregory SD to Jerry and Linda McCance. Shel is survived by his daughter Ciara McCance, sister and brother in-law Ken and Jeri Jae Dekok of Kearney NE and cousin Justin of Kearney.

Shel was the owner of Shel’s Service. He was an outstanding athlete all four years of High School. He assisted Keith Walton in coaching wrestling for two years after returning from Arizona.

Funeral services were held at the Congregational Church on Saturday, November 2, 2019 with Russ Seger Officiating.

Justin Dekok and Sheldon share a common love in the sport of wrestling, and they were both State Champion wrestlers in High School.
